Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our website. We use reliable and secure third-party carriers to ensure that your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. We offer free shipping to all orders over $500. For orders under $500, we charge a flat rate of $15. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy for cellphones allows customers to return their purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. Defective items may be exchanged for an identical item within 14 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in the original packaging and must be in the same condition as they were when purchased. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. Exchanges for a different item will require an additional purchase.
